Cape Cod Cookie Jar is Launched by Enterprising Mother- Daughter Team

Late summer, I had the pleasure of photographing Jeannie and Hadley Dombrowski, the mother/daughter owners of the women’s boutique, Green Eyed Daisy in Falmouth, MA. as they prepared their new line of homemade gourmet gluten- friendly cookies!

Their boutique offers a truly sensory shopping experience, including their seasonal scented soy candles, the softest cashmere sweaters and now, also, the MOST delicious cookies!

Jeannie and Hadley share a love of fashion (inspired by grandmother, Dorothy) AND, also a love of baking. When Hadley became intolerant of gluten, the duo began experimenting in the kitchen to find a healthy, yet delicious alternative.

With very high standards, the two worked together on finding tasty substitute ingredients. Hadley’s sisters were often the taste testers:). After much trial and error, they found a recipe that yields moist, tasty cookies.

Today, they offer oatmeal raisin, chocolate chip, white chocolate macadamia nut, peanut butter and jelly and a cookie that’s full of goodness including: dates, dark chocolate, walnuts, coconut, flax + chia seeds.

They also offer a 3 layer brownie which has an oatmeal base, chocolate brownie center and ganache top. I can personally vouch for this one!! It’s my favorite:))

You can find these delicious cookies at their boutique,Green Eyed Daisy on Main Street in Falmouth, but they’ll also ship them!

After their brand photos were published, Jeannie and Hadley noticed more in-store traffic and had more inquiries about their cookies:)

Check out ALL of their amazing products and accessories at: www.greeneyeddaisy.com.
